The Center for Excellence is located at 3700 Brainerd Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The
15,000 square foot Center includes the Chattanooga patient care suites and related administrative
offices. Some of the leading Practitioners in the industry treat patients here and are available via
teleconference for second opinions as well as other clinical support services. Cathy Henderson,
Chief Operating Officer, coordinates the operations of the Center.
